Our Requirements:

  • minimum work experience in the position of a butcher (deboner of meat);
  • the possibility of training at the production site;
  • valid health book, which can be issued at the entrance medical examination;
  • proactive approach to work, responsibility, diligence;
  • compliance with established safety rules and technological procedures at the workplace;
  • compliance with sanitary norms and rules of production;
  • certificate of no criminal record.

Salary and financial terms:

  • The wage of a butcher (meat tenderizer) is 145 СKZ per hour;
  • average salary 39 500 CZK per month;
  • We provide accommodation close to the place of work;
  • work clothes - provided;
  • Advance payment after 5 working days.

Responsibilities:

  • meat cutting: deboning of carcasses and parts of carcasses of all kinds of livestock;
  • separation of muscle, fat and connective tissues from the bones;
  • quality control of meat at receipt and storage;
  • maintenance and cleaning of cutting equipment;
  • compliance with sanitary and hygienic norms of labor;
  • cleaning the workplace at the end of the shift.
