A user is a natural or legal person who has entered his/her personal data on the website via a questionnaire or feedback form for the purpose of subsequent transmission of the data to the website administration.

The questionnaire and feedback form are special forms in which users enter their personal data in order to transmit the data to the website administration.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1 This Privacy Policy is an official standard document of the Website Administration, which specifies the procedure for processing and protection of information about individuals and legal entities, using the Questionnaires and feedback form on the Website.

2.2 The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to ensure the proper protection of information about the User, including their personal data from unauthorized access and disclosure.

2.3 Relationships associated with the collection, storage, distribution and protection of user information are regulated by this Privacy Policy and the current legislation of Ukraine and the European Union (GDPR from 25. 5. 2018).

2.4 The current version of the Privacy Policy is a public document, developed by the Website Administration and available to any Internet user by clicking on the hypertext link "Privacy Policy".

2.5 The Website Administration has the right to change this Privacy Policy.

2.6. If the Privacy Policy is amended, the Website Administration informs the User thereof by posting a new version of the Privacy Policy on the Website.

2.7. When placing a new version of Privacy Policy on the Website, the previous version is kept in the documentation archive of the Website Administration.

2.8. By using the Questionnaires or feedback form, the User agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2.9. The Website Administration does not check the reliability of the received (collected) information about the User.

3. CONDITIONS AND PURPOSES OF COLLECTING AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF USERS

3.1 Personal data of the User such as: name, surname, e-mail, phone number, etc. is transferred by the User to the Site Administration with the User's consent.

3.2 The transfer of personal data by the User to the Site Administration through the completed Questionnaires or Feedback Form means the consent of the User to the transfer of his personal data.

3.3 The Website Administration processes the information about the User, including their personal data, such as: name, surname, e-mail, phone number, etc., as well as the additional information about the User, provided by them at their request: organization, city, position, etc., in order to meet obligations to the User of the Site.

3.4 Processing of personal data is based on the principles of: a) the legitimacy of the purposes and methods of personal data processing and good faith;

b) compliance of the purposes of personal data processing with the purposes previously defined and stated when collecting personal data;

c) compliance of the amount and nature of the processed personal data with the methods of personal data processing and the purposes of personal data processing

d) inadmissibility of aggregation of databases containing personal data, created for incompatible purposes.

3.5 The Site Administration processes the User's personal data with their consent to provide the services offered on the Site.

4. STORAGE AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data of the User is stored only on electronic media and used solely for the purposes specified in clause 3 of this Privacy Policy.

5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1 Personal data of the User shall not be transferred to any third parties, except as expressly provided in this Privacy Policy, specified in the Agreement with the mailing.

5.2 Provision of the User's personal data on request of the state authorities and local governmental bodies is made in the manner prescribed by the legislation of Ukraine and European Union countries.

6. TERMS OF STORAGE AND DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA 6.1 Personal data of the User is stored on the electronic media of the site indefinitely.

6.2 Personal information of the User can be deleted at the User's discretion, based on his/her application, or at the initiative of the site Administrator without explaining the reasons, by the deletion by the Administration of the information posted by the User.

7. USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

Users have the right, upon their request, to receive information from the Website Administration about their personal data processing.

8. MEASURES TO PROTECT USER INFORMATION

The Website Administrator shall take technical and organizationally legal measures to ensure protection of the User's personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, perversion, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions.

9. RECOURSE OF USERS

9.1 The User has the right to submit his/her requests to the Website Administration, including requests about the use/deletion of his/her personal data, stipulated by Clause 3 of this Privacy Policy, in writing to the address specified in Clause 1.

9.2 The request, sent by the User, shall contain the following information

for an individual:  

  • number of the basic identity document of the User or its representative;
  • information about the date of issue of the specified document and the issuing authority;
  • The date of the request through the Feedback Form or the date of filling in the Questionnaire;
  • free-form text of the request;
  • signature of the User or its representative

for a legal entity:  

  • free-form request on the letterhead;
  • The date of the request via the Feedback Form;
  • the request shall be signed by an authorized person with documents confirming his/her authority.

9.3 The Website Administration undertakes to consider and respond to your request within 30 days from the date of receipt of the request.

9.4 All correspondence received by Administration from User (appeal in written/electronic form) refers to the information of limited access and can not be disclosed without a written consent of the User. Personal data and other information about the User who made a request may not be used without a special consent of the User except for the answer on the subject of the received request or in cases directly provided by the legislation of Ukraine and the European Union countries.
