Our Requirements:

  • higher education in the field of civil engineering;
  • construction management experience of at least 5 years -ideally experience in construction of industrial halls;
  • english at a communicative level is necessary;
  • experience in managing projects financed from abroad an advantage;
  • driving licence, class B.

Salary and financial terms:

  • your basic salary will be commensurate with your experience and qualifications, with an average starting salary of 60,000 CZK per month. This base can be increased based on your performance and achievement of set targets;
  • in accordance with Czech legislation, you will be entitled to additional payments for overtime, weekend and holiday work, night shifts and other special conditions as appropriate;
  • pension and life insurance: the company contributes to a pension and offers life insurance to secure your future;
  • extra holidays: in addition to your statutory holidays, you are entitled to additional days of holiday which you can use for rest and recuperation;
  • a company car and mobile phone: if necessary, you will be provided with a company car and a mobile phone which you can use to carry out your duties.

Responsibilities:

  • supervise the design, assembly and material work on site;
  • resolve any problems that arise during project implementation;
  • control construction costs of engineering projects and perform construction safety inspections;
  • assist the Project Manager in organizing and managing the construction work on the project;
  • supervise the work of the company's technical management, approve construction organization designs and related technical documentation; cooperate in approval work, attend meetings to review drawings and major project changes;
  • participate in training, meetings and abroad.
