- experience with TIG welding;
- at least 1 year of work experience in a similar position;
- possession of a welder's license is an advantage;
- understanding of drawing documentation;
- flexibility to work three shifts;
- good health and good eyesight;
- independence, responsibility, reliability, diligence;
- no criminal record.

Responsibilities:
- TIG and MIG welding of aluminum structures;
- quality control of welds;
- compliance with the requirements of drawing documentation and welding technology;
- visual inspection of each welded joint;
- minor repair of finished products;
- observance of labor discipline and technological regulations.
