Our Requirements:

  • experience in the position of a welder;
  • valid CO2 welding certificate (MIG/MAG);
  • EN 287 international certificate is an advantage;
  • ability to read and work with plans and technical documentation;
  • basic knowledge of Czech language;
  • readiness for physical exertion; 
  • interest in long-term employment;
  • strict adherence to workplace safety regulations.

Salary and financial terms:

  • salary for the position of CO2 welder - 34,000 CZK/month
  • additional payment for overtime work - 25%, for work on Saturday, Sunday - 50%, on holidays - 100%, for work at night - 10%;
  • the cost of meal vouchers - 120 Kč (the employee pays 45%);
  • compensation for accommodation in the amount of 3,500 CZK - paid only to those who live in company-provided housing;
  • performance-based bonus, depending on the achievement of targets and the manager's assessment.

We offer:

  • long-term work in the Czech Republic in the company producing rolling stock, full visa support;

Responsibilities:

  • preparation of material;
  • work with technical documentation, responsibility for the quality of tasks;
  • arc welding using a molten electrode in active gas - MAG;
  • grinding and repair of welds;
  • setting up and maintaining welding equipment.
