Our Requirements:
- high school / university degree in construction (or technical);
- experience in construction in a construction company a prerequisite;
- experience in people management;
- organizational and communication skills;
- driving licence, sk. B (valid only for work in the regions, not needed in Prague);
- user knowledge of MS Office;
- knowledge of Czech language at least B1 level.
Salary and financial terms:
- basic salary: 38 - 45 000,- CZK per month;
- bonus promise: 50 - 100 000,- CZK per month;
- 75% monthly bonus - payment of this bonus is linked to the performance of monthly tasks. The fulfilment of this parameter is evaluated by the direct supervisor;
- 25% annual bonus - payment of this bonus is linked to the performance of the project's economic result;
- the entitlement to the bonus promise only arises after a probationary period;
- 5 weeks of vacation;
- 2 days of sick leave per year with full salary reimbursement;
- company car (especially in the regions);
- mobile phone, PC/laptop;
- 100,- CZK meal allowance for each day worked;
- system of optional employee benefits of CZK 8,000 per year;
- pension contribution;
- other employee benefits according to the Collective Agreement in force.

Responsibilities:
- manage, coordinate and implement construction activities;
- you will be responsible for the execution of the construction works in accordance with HMG to the specified scope and quality;
- you will be responsible for compliance with technological procedures, safety regulations and all relevant standards;
- coordinate the work of the construction contractors, including the supply of materials.
