Our Requirements:

  • technical education in the field of electronics or electrical engineering;
  • certificate of professional competence in electrical engineering (according to NV 194/2022 Sb. - formerly vyhl. č. 50, §6/1978 Sb.);
  • secondary education will be sufficient, higher education is an advantage, not a prerequisite;
  • at least 2 years of experience in the field of maintenance;
  • personnel management experience;
  • English on a communicative level - communication with foreign suppliers (oral and written);
  • organized, time management, self-discipline, independence, proactive approach;
  • analytical and technical skills, logical thinking;
  • knowledge of SAP program is welcome (you will work in it on a daily basis).

Responsibilities:

In this position you will be responsible for the plant electrical housekeeping and electrical technician operations for a large company investing in new manufacturing technologies. Your responsibilities include:

  • leading a team of experienced electrical technicians (development of maintenance plans, teamwork, etc.);
  • coordinating technical work on the electrical equipment of the plant (repair, inspection, line modernization, maintenance, revision of electrical equipment, etc.);
  • preparation of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance plans, cooperation in planning and organizing shutdowns, ordering of spare parts;
  • coordinating the execution of requests for repair/replacement/modernization of equipment;
  • process improvement and process management to optimize maintenance costs with a focus on energy savings and workplace safety;
  • interaction with external companies and centralized purchasing department.
