Our Requirements:

  • experience in hotel cleaning or similar environment is an advantage, but not required;
  • responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail;
  • ability to work independently as well as in a team;
  • physical fitness due to the demanding nature of the job;
  • flexibility and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Salary and financial terms:

  • wage: 135–142 CZK/hour;
  • bonuses: financial rewards based on the number of cleaned rooms;
  • average salary: approx. 30,000 CZK/month (depending on shifts and work efficiency);
  • accommodation provided;
  • wage advances available after at least 5 completed shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • cleaning hotel rooms – ensuring cleanliness and order for new guests and during their stay;
  • changing bed linen and towels – regular replacement of bedding, towels, and other textiles according to hotel standards;
  • replenishing toiletries – regular checking and restocking of hygiene and toiletry items for guests;
  • checking room equipment – reporting any deficiencies or damages to hotel management;
  • cleaning common areas – maintaining cleanliness in shared hotel areas as needed.
