Our Requirements:
- experience in a similar position is an advantage;
- Primary or secondary education;
- readiness for physical exertion, responsibility;
- knowledge of the Czech language is welcome;
- interest in long-term employment.
Salary and financial terms:
- pay from 140 CZK/hour, average earnings 29 100 CZK/month. + statutory additional pay, bonuses, bonuses;
- extra pay: for night shifts, overtime, work on weekends and public holidays;
- Bonus for productivity, bonus for ability to work on several lines, six-month bonus;
- 25 days of vacation (for the year worked) + 5 days of paid holidays;
- subsidized meals (lunches at reduced prices) or food stamps "stravenki" in the amount of 50 CZK per shift (fully paid by the employer);
- We provide free accommodation;
- Payment of advances according to agreement.
We offer:
- Work in the Czech Republic for men and women, couples in the production of car air conditioners;
- Official employment, work for EU citizens and citizens with permanent residence permits (temporary residence) on the territory of the Czech Republic;

- You can start to work as a production operator after an interview.
Responsibilities:
- work on the production line;
- assembling parts by hand;
- assembly of control panels or compressors of air conditioners for cars;
- compliance with the established safety rules and technological norms at the workplace.
