Our Requirements:
- experience in a similar position is an advantage;
- elementary or high-school education;
- readiness for physical exertion, responsibility;
- knowledge of the Czech language is welcome;
- interest in long-term employment.
Salary and financial terms:
- pay for the position of production operator: 128 Kč/hour;
- extra pay: for night shifts, overtime, work on weekends and public holidays;
- bonus for productivity, bonus for ability to work on several lines, bonus for half a year;
- 25 days of vacation (for the year worked) + 5 days of paid vacation;
- subsidized meals (lunches at reduced prices) or food vouchers (stravenky);
- we provide accommodation;
- payment of advances as agreed.
We offer:
- work in the Czech Republic for men and women, couples, in the production of car air conditioners;
- official employment, work for EU citizens and citizens with permanent residency (temporary residence permit) in the Czech Republic;
- for the citizens of third countries offer assistance in preparing documents for the Czech work visa;
- we provide official employment on the employee card for a year and for 2 years, as well as employment on short-term work visas for 3 months;
- job on the basis of an employment contract with the possibility of signing a full-time employment contract, we pay health and social insurance;
- we provide proof of accommodation necessary for the issuance of temporary or long-term residence permits for foreigners in the territory of the Czech Republic;
Responsibilities:
- work on the production line;
- assembling parts by hand;
- assembly of control panels or compressors of air conditioners for cars;
- compliance with the established safety rules and technological norms at the workplace.
