Our Requirements:
- basic knowledge of the Czech language: basic knowledge of Czech is sufficient to understand work instructions and safety regulations;
- physical fitness: the work may involve lifting heavy loads and standing for long periods, so good physical fitness is essential;
- Independence and responsibility: we expect you to be able to work independently and with a responsible approach to tasks;
- experience is not a requirement: if you have no previous experience, that's fine! We will provide you with complete training.
Salary and financial terms:
- basic wage 130 CZK/hour with the possibility of additional payments according to the Labour Code (ZP);
- 10% of the average wage for night work;
- overtime bonuses: 25% of the average wage for working beyond normal working hours;
- weekend and public holiday allowances: 10% of the average wage for Saturday work, 100% of the average wage for public holidays;
- meal allowance: 70 CZK per day so that you don't miss anything during your shift;
- 20 days holiday per year, 25 days after one year of work (conversion to 12-hour shifts is necessary);
- accommodation option for 6000 CZK per month with an accommodation allowance of 4500 CZK per month;
- 12-hour working hours with two 30-minute breaks; shift work (short/long week).
We offer:

Responsibilities:
- work on production lines: you will be involved in the production of frozen pizzas, dumplings and other food products. Your job involves operating production lines to ensure the smooth running of production;
- operating machinery: your job will involve operating the slicing, cutting and packaging machines used in the preparation and packaging of frozen products;
- product packaging: packing finished products into containers, ensuring they are correctly labelled and ready for dispatch.
