Our Requirements:
- experience in quality control in manufacturing is an advantage but not required;
- good eyesight, accuracy, and attention to detail;
- ability to work independently and in a team;
- willingness to work in shifts (morning, afternoon, night);
- physical fitness and good health condition;
- knowledge of Czech is an advantage.
Salary and financial terms:
- hourly wage: 140–150 CZK;
- average monthly wage: 30,000–33,000 CZK;
- option to receive wage advances after 5 worked shifts;
- accommodation provided in Mladá Boleslav district;
- work clothes and footwear provided.

Responsibilities:
- visual inspection of automotive parts and components;
- measuring and checking dimensions according to technical documentation;
- recording inspection results in the internal system;
- sorting out defective parts and marking discrepancies;
- cooperating with the production team to resolve detected defects;
- following work and safety procedures.
