  • completed secondary education - general or vocational;
  • experience in retail sales and team management is a must;
  • knowledge of or interest in garden and workshop equipment - an advantage;
  • excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • PC skills (MS Office, Helios program - desirable);
  • knack and technical skills;
  • B category driver's license;
  • pleasant appearance.

Responsibilities:

  • participating in counseling and professional customer service;
  • selling merchandise in order to achieve planned targets;
  • communicating with sales teams on a daily basis and coordinating their activities on the sales floor;
  • supervising and positively motivating subordinate colleagues;
  • training and development of new employees;
  • decorating the visual side of the store in accordance with the rules;
  • administration (cash registers, stock control, personnel matters, etc.);
  • responsibility for company property and inventory control;
  • participation in internal trainings.
