- completed secondary education - general or vocational;
- experience in retail sales and team management is a must;
- knowledge of or interest in garden and workshop equipment - an advantage;
- excellent communication and organizational skills;
- PC skills (MS Office, Helios program - desirable);
- knack and technical skills;
- B category driver's license;
- pleasant appearance.

Responsibilities:
- participating in counseling and professional customer service;
- selling merchandise in order to achieve planned targets;
- communicating with sales teams on a daily basis and coordinating their activities on the sales floor;
- supervising and positively motivating subordinate colleagues;
- training and development of new employees;
- decorating the visual side of the store in accordance with the rules;
- administration (cash registers, stock control, personnel matters, etc.);
- responsibility for company property and inventory control;
- participation in internal trainings.
