Our Requirements:

You enjoy working with people, you have business acumen and strive to achieve predetermined, realistic goals, you also:

  • Can handle managing a small team and will not stop in the face of any obstacle. The responsibility entrusted to you is a challenge for you;
  • you know how to communicate with customers and motivate the store team in the right way;
  • have independence and courage to find and apply new approaches and solutions;
  • want to further develop your knowledge and experience;
  • realize that this kind of work is time-consuming and ready for it; 
  • previous experience in team management and retail sales will be a great advantage;
  • basic PC skills would be an excellent fit for this job;
  • however, a B-category driver's license is required.

Salary and financial terms:

  • salary after training - up to 45,000 Kč/month;
  • regular payment without delays;
  • 1 time every 14 days - weekend work, which will not go unpaid;
  • 4 weeks of vacation + 1 non-working week for Christmas;

We offer:

Your main task is to organize the smooth operation of the sales center, which will result in satisfied customers. Your responsibilities include:

  • Being the right hand of the store operations manager in a close-knit team of employees;
  • be responsible for the day-to-day running of a modern store and ensure its smooth operation;
  • participate in serving customers visiting the store and connect to all store activities;
  • lead and participate in the selection of a team of store employees (shift supervisors, clerks, cashiers, installers, temporary workers);
  • Motivate and inspire his/her team, set tasks and control their fulfillment;
  • share your knowledge and experience with your colleagues and plan their professional training;
  • be responsible for ensuring that sales and sales to customers are carried out in full compliance with company standards;
  • Manage the receipt of new goods into the warehouse and keep a constant check on stock levels;
  • Ensure the correct display and labeling of goods in the store.
