- previous experience in team management and retail sales will be a great advantage;
- basic PC skills would be an excellent fit for this job;
- however, a B-category driver's license is required.
Salary and financial terms:
- salary after training - up to 40,000 Kč/month;
- regular payment without delays;
- 1 time every 14 days - weekend work, which will not go unpaid;
- 4 weeks of vacation + 1 non-working week for Christmas;

Responsibilities:
Your main task is to organize the smooth operation of the sales center, which will result in satisfied customers. Your responsibilities include:
- Being the right hand of the store operations manager in a close-knit team of employees;
- be responsible for the day-to-day running of a modern store and ensure its smooth operation;
- participate in serving customers visiting the store and connect to all store activities;
- lead and participate in the selection of a team of store employees (shift supervisors, clerks, cashiers, installers, temporary workers);
- Motivate and inspire his/her team, set tasks and control their fulfillment;
- share your knowledge and experience with your colleagues and plan their professional training;
- be responsible for ensuring that sales and sales to customers are carried out in full compliance with company standards;
- Manage the receipt of new goods into the warehouse and keep a constant check on stock levels;
- Ensure the correct display and labeling of goods in the store.
