Our Requirements:

  • minimum secondary education;
  • at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • experience in coordinating and managing people;
  • PC skills, knowledge of SAP is an advantage;
  • proactive approach to problem solving;
  • good organizational skills;
  • B category driver's license;
  • knowledge of English is an advantage;
  • ability to cope with stressful situations.

Salary and financial terms:

  • salary from 43,340 CZK/month;
  • additional payments in accordance with the law (overtime 25%, weekends 10% and holidays 100%);
  • 20 days of paid vacation.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and supervise the work of the warehouse team;
  • conduct periodic inventory checks to verify the accuracy of information in the system;
  • optimize processes in the supply chain;
  • Collaborate with the administrative department to maintain accurate system data related to warehouse and production operations, including reporting of scrap and second-rate products;
  • ensure manufacturing operations comply with applicable company standards and procedures;
  • develop, regularly update and execute the production plan in close collaboration with other warehouse departments;
  • maintain cooperation and ongoing communication between subordinate areas and other departments within the organization.
