• education in a technical field or craftsmanship;
• independence, responsibility, reliability;
• diligence and attention to detail;
• loyalty is encouraged;
• driver's license category B;
• basic knowledge of Czech language;
• readiness for physical exertion; 
• compliance with safety rules at the workplace;
• willingness to work on a long-term basis;
• additional skills are an advantage:
  • welding;
  • operating a motorized construction hoist Geda, Larz, Paus, etc.
