Responsibilities:

We are looking to strengthen our team with a new colleague in the position of Warehouse Controller. This is primarily to control the shipment of goods in the right quantity, compliance with working procedures, internal regulations and safety rules, etc. within the framework of the working shift. Substituting for colleagues in their activities is also possible. Your main responsibilities:

  • supervising all work in the shipping area;
  • verifying that work procedures are being followed;
  • reviewing the work of borrowed and permanent staff in conjunction with other supervisors;
  • training and supporting staff in their professional adaptation;
  • checking compliance with HSE requirements, house rules, cleanliness and hygiene;
  • reporting technical defects and safety-related deficiencies or necessary repairs to working tools and technical equipment in the warehouse in coordination with the direct supervisor;
  • participation in projects related to continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S, etc.).
