Our Requirements:

  • education is not required, experience and manual dexterity are important. 
  • the language is at the level of comprehension.
  • attention, accuracy, speed of work
  • knowledge of technological processes and safety rules;
  • availability of a driver's license and experience of driving a car (owning a transport is an advantage);
  • responsibility, discipline, decency, no criminal record, bad habits.

Salary and financial terms:

  • base salary without bonuses: 30,000 CZK;
  • probationary period is: 3 months;
  • after probationary period, possibility of salary increase, with annual bonus;
  • other benefits: Work clothes and shoes, meals at company expense CZK 23 per lunch, free parking at the hotel, free access to fitness facilities at the hotel;
  • payment date: 12th of the following month to the account.

Responsibilities:

  • keep an eye on technical equipment, and fix all damage and defects
  • check the trouble log kept at the front desk each morning and then throughout the day;
  • keep a record of defects repaired in a book and notify staff by telephone when room repairs are completed;
  • conduct general room inspections as needed/planned related to room furniture and equipment repairs (each room must be visited by maintenance staff at least twice a year);
  • immediately report serious deficiencies, accidents to hotel director and technical director;
  • cooperate and participate in operational tasks, provide technical assistance during hotel activities (preparation of rooms, equipment, etc.);
  • supervise waste sorting, ensure proper disposal of hazardous waste (toners, batteries, fluorescent lamps, electrical waste). Assist and prepare waste containers for technical services;
  • maintain cleanliness of maintenance and machine rooms and assigned storage areas;
  • assist in the receipt and delivery of items performed by the Controller;
  • ensure maximum guest satisfaction and minimize any inconvenience caused by repairs/ or troubleshooting in public areas. When working in public areas, always maintains cleanliness of those areas, even during actual repairs.
