Responsibilities:
- managing construction or construction projects in accordance with project documentation;
- controlling and ensuring compliance of works performed and operation of technical equipment in accordance with established technologies, documents, standards and regulations;
- managing and coordinating the work of in-house forces and external suppliers;
- keeping a construction diary;
- training of subordinate employees in health and safety rules;
- providing documents for invoicing, registering possible additional works, communicating with construction supervisor and investor.
