Our Requirements:
- experience in a similar position is an advantage;
- compliance with sanitary and safety regulations in the workplace;
- responsibility, willingness to work overtime;
- driving license B category;
- interest in long-term employment.
Salary and financial terms:
- wage as a maintenance worker in the dormitory is 120 CZK/hour;
- average salary is 26,000 CZK/month;
- we provide accommodation;
- we provide a car for work;
- advance payment according to agreement;
We offer:
- stable work as a repairman in a dormitory, official employment;
- we provide foreigners with official employment on a employment card, as well as employment for short-term work visas or reissuance of work visas from other employers;

- we provide confirmation of accommodation, which is necessary for obtaining a temporary or long-term residence permit for foreigners in the Czech Republic;

Responsibilities:
- repair and maintenance of all residence hall facilities, including electrical systems, plumbing, heating, ventilation, doors and windows.
- in the event of an emergency, such as a water leak, gas leak, or electrical problem, you may need to respond quickly and take the necessary steps to prevent the danger and correct the problem.
- performing repairs such as plastering, painting, tiling, replacing plumbing fixtures and electrical equipment, and minor repairs to residents' rooms.
- keeping the territory of the dormitory in good condition, performing such tasks as cleaning the territory, mowing the grass, pruning trees
- you may be entrusted with the delivery of items necessary for the proper functioning of the dormitory, such as building materials, parcels, and cleaning products.
