Our Requirements:
- painting experience: the ideal candidate should have previous experience of working on a paint shop, particularly painting metal products. Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials is a great advantage;
- diligence and responsibility: the job of a painter requires a high level of care to ensure that all products painted meet the required standards. Accountability for the quality of the work is key;
- physical fitness: working in a paint shop can be physically demanding, including handling heavier metal products and standing for long periods of time;
- ability to work independently and as part of a team: we expect you to be able to work independently but also work effectively with other team members to achieve common goals.
- safety compliance: working with paints and chemicals requires adherence to strict safety regulations. We expect you to be mindful of your safety and the safety of others.
Salary and financial terms:
- wage for the position - 170 CZK/hour;
- salary - about 34 000 CZK/month;
- payment of advances by agreement;
- accommodation is located on the territory of production .

Responsibilities:
- your main task will be to paint various metal parts and products according to set procedures and specifications;
- it is necessary to properly prepare the surfaces of metal products before painting. This includes cleaning, sanding and degreasing the surfaces to ensure that the paint adheres well and is resistant to external influences;
- you will apply the base, top and protective coats of paint, ensuring uniformity and thickness. The work involves both hand painting and the use of paint guns and other machines;
- once the painting is complete, you will be responsible for checking the quality of the work. It is important that there are no imperfections in the surface such as drips, bubbles or unevenness;
- part of your job will be to maintain and clean the painting equipment and tools so that they are always ready for use and ensure quality results.
