Our Requirements:
- minimum experience: at least 1 year of experience in a similar position is an advantage;
- education: secondary vocational school (SOU);
- language skills: Czech - excellent or English at B2 level;
- medical qualification: for hazardous work category 4;
- physical fitness: willingness to work in a physically demanding environment and adapt to three-shift operation;
- manual dexterity: ability to work with precision and attention to detail;
- responsibility and reliability: adherence to safety and work procedures.
Salary and financial terms:
- basic salary: 31 400 CZK/month;
- extra pay for hazardous work (category 4): 11,25 CZK/hour;
- this job involves exposure to specific risk factors for which additional payments are paid according to the law;
- monthly bonus: 15% of the basic salary;
- bonus is paid on the basis of work performance and punctuality;
- overtime supplements: possibility of a maximum of 416 hours of overtime per year;
- paid holidays: 25 days per year.

Responsibilities:
- manual cleaning and degreasing of surfaces before painting;
- protection of parts of surfaces before painting (tape, paste, plugs, etc.);
- carrying out basic painting of small and medium-sized parts;
- simple trowel, spray or brush sealing followed by sanding and cleaning;
- mixing and thinning paints to achieve the desired shade;
- spraying topcoat on tubes, small parts and aircraft sheet metal;
- repairing minor paint damage by brush.
