Our Requirements:

  • education in a technical field - ideally mechanical or electrical engineering;
  • communicative English - your line manager is a foreigner, so you will use English on a daily basis;
  • technical overview and experience in a similar position;
  • knowledge of working in AutoCAD - at least basic knowledge;
  • proactivity, willingness to look for innovative solutions;
  • flexibility and independence - this is not a static office job at a PC;
  • driving licence B.

Salary and financial terms:

  • your basic salary will be commensurate with your experience and qualifications, with an average starting salary of 60,000 CZK per month. This base can be increased based on your performance and achievement of set targets;
  • in accordance with Czech legislation, you will be entitled to additional payments for overtime, weekend and holiday work, night shifts and other special conditions as appropriate;
  • pension and life insurance: the company contributes to a pension and offers life insurance to secure your future;
  • extra holidays: in addition to your statutory holidays, you are entitled to additional days of holiday which you can use for rest and recuperation;
  • a company car and mobile phone: if necessary, you will be provided with a company car and a mobile phone which you can use to carry out your duties.

Responsibilities:

  • you'll be the technical right-hand man to the plant operations manager;
  • finding the most effective solutions and suitable suppliers of technical solutions;
  • managing technical documentation for new/modified machines;
  • technical support related to building and production operations;
  • administration of building management system, energy consumption analysis, etc.;
  • responsibility for smaller projects of a technical nature;
  • participation in training, meetings and abroad.
