Our Requirements:

  • university education in a technical field or experience in mass production quality (quality auditor, technician, etc. or other technical field};
  • knowledge of basic measurement techniques (calipers, micrometers, pair calipers);
  • basic PC skills (data entry in excel, email, instruction database, etc.);
  • basic knowledge of technical documentation (work instructions, catalog of defects, line forms, reading basic drawings);
  • analytical thinking, independence and the ability to learn new things.

Salary and financial terms:

  • wage of an employee in the position of quality control is 250 CZK per hour;
  • basic salary is set at 21 281 CZK per month plus statutory amounts for allowances, bonuses and pay increases; the total turnover is 25 000 - 35 000 CZK;
  • extra: extra pay for night shifts, overtime, weekend and holiday work;
  • 25 days of vacation (per year worked) + 5 days of paid vacation;
  • payment of advances according to agreement.

Responsibilities:

  • conducting audits of parameters and standards as part of serial production;
  • sampling for product audits;
  • monitoring and evaluation of shift performance;
  • supervising the response in the event of a defect on the line;
  • analyzing bad products and identifying root causes during production;
  • training/validating line operators' knowledge of standards (defects, quality documentation, process release, work instructions, etc.);
  • assisting the supervisor and maintenance technician with line interventions;
  • reporting results, analysis, and interventions for their shift;
  • cooperation, transfer of information between shifts.
