Our Requirements:

  • sewing experience, ideally with linen or similar fabrics;
  • ability to work shifts and flexibility to ensure operations;
  • Responsible attitude - the absence of one member will bring the whole line to a halt, so planning time off two months in advance is essential;
  • diligence and ability to meet standards;
  • willingness to undergo an entry test on a sewing machine - candidates will be tasked with sewing something as a test.

Salary and financial terms:

  • hourly wage: 170 CZK/gross;
  • average monthly salary: depends on the number of hours worked; expected income is around 30,000-35,000 CZK (depending on shifts and overtime);
  • we provide protective and work equipment;
  • advance payments after 10 days of work;

Responsibilities:

  • sewing of bed linen (sheets, mattress pads, duvet covers and pillowcases);
  • work is done in stages - each seamstress focuses on a specific part, which is followed by the work of another colleague;
  • adherence to set production standards (typically workers achieve 150-160% of these standards);
  • product quality control: regular inspection of sewn products to ensure that they meet established quality standards;
  • changing sewing machines and equipment: occasional operation, maintenance and preparation of sewing machines, changing needles or threads as necessary;
  • ensuring smooth operation: each worker ensures that their section runs smoothly and that there is no downtime that disrupts the entire line;
  • cleaning the work area: regular cleaning and maintenance of the work area to keep it safe and clean.
