Responsibilities:

The role of the Warehouse Supervisor is primarily to lead, organize, and supervise employees during their shift. We expect the warehouse supervisor to also be able to fill in for fellow employees when needed. Primary Responsibilities:

  • planning, organizing and supervising the work of individual employees in cooperation with other management personnel;
  • training and supporting employees in their professional adaptation;
  • ensuring and being responsible for warehouse operations, receiving goods, storage and timely shipment;
  • verifying compliance with work procedures;
  • ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the area entrusted to them;
  • responsibility for compliance with labor protection, safety and fire safety requirements and internal regulations;
  • reports on technical defects and safety related deficiencies or necessary repairs to work tools and technical equipment in the warehouse in consultation with the direct supervisor.
