Our Requirements:
- work experience as a welder;
- valid welding license (we will help you to get it);
- knowledge of drawing documentation;
- Compliance with the prescribed safety rules in the workplace;
- willingness to physical exertion;
- independence, responsibility.
Salary and financial terms:
- starting salary 200 Kč/hour, after probation period (3 months) - 225 Kč/hour;
- average earnings from 35,000 CZK per month;
- food vouchers (stravenky);
- bonuses in the amount of 2000-4000 Kč for work in the previous year;
- provide working clothes and personal protective equipment;
- if necessary, we provide accommodation and transportation to the place of work;
- payment of weekly advances is possible.

- work in the Czech Republic at a company producing parts for the automotive industry;
- official employment in the Czech Republic, the job offer is suitable for foreigners (EU citizens or foreigners with permanent residence (trvalý pobyt) in the Czech Republic);
- place of work: Dobrovice, okres Mladá Boleslav, Středočeský kraj (7 km from Mladá Boleslav);
- work on the basis of an employment agreement with the possibility of signing a full-time employment contract - we pay for medical and social, including pension insurance;
- we provide proof of housing required for temporary or long-term residence permits for foreigners in the Czech Republic;
- you can start working at the position of welding robot operator immediately after the interview or upon agreement.
Responsibilities:
- working on a welding machine (welding robot);
- Preparation of materials and components for welding;
- inspection of materials and finished products, grinding the weld if necessary;
- control of the welding process;
- maintenance and cleaning of welding equipment and other work tools;
- responsibility for compliance with work and control standards;
- working with other team members and compliance with safety regulations.
