- high school/university education;
- experience in a similar position in the automotive field is a great advantage;
- active knowledge of English language or German language;
- knowledge of MS Office, SAP R3 is an advantage;
- independence, proactivity, positive attitude;
- driving licence group B - active driver.

- average salary - 50 000 CZK/month;

Responsibilities:
- participates/leads industrialization processes for existing projects;
- continuously evaluates existing production processes and implements improvement and optimization measures;
- implements process changes to increase productivity and efficiency of manufacturing processes;
- creates and monitors action and project plans;
- responsible or involved in updating production documentation, workstation layouts, operating regulations, master data in SAP, manufacturing standards, etc.
