loading and unloading of material (sand, gravel or other raw materials) as required by the operation;
regular inspection of the technical condition of the loader, basic maintenance and reporting of any defects;
communicating and coordinating activities with other workers, such as crane operators or binders, to ensure smooth operations;
working in accordance with OHS rules and operating guidelines;
handling materials in open areas within the cement plant premises, in a variety of weather conditions;
managing with the schedule of activities, completing work tasks on time and accurately.
